Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you wish to return any product purchased through iXLStore.com please contact us prior to returning any item so that we may issue a Return Authorization number and provide you with complete return instructions.
Due to the shipping classifications and requirements, all diesel treatment and aerosol product sales are final. This includes Regen Fix, Regen Fix + Anti-Gel, iXL Gold, and AG-100 Aerosol Grease.
If you wish to return Big Rig, Grease (Non-Aerosol), or Finished Oil products please contact us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by a representative of iXL Oil via phone or email. Refunds for returned items will be paid in full, less shipping, within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Do not send product back without our approval. You will need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form from us. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with induction seals unbroken if present, with all factory seals in place.
My Item Arrived Damaged
In the rare event that your iXL product is damaged in transit to you, please refuse the item and contact us ASAP. If your item was damaged in transit and you were not home to refuse it, please save all the packaging material and notify us immediately. If you have received and opened your item and determine it is defective or that you have received the incorrect item, we will facilitate a pick up and replacement of identical item. Occasionally, we will request pictures to help us determine and evaluate the extent of the damage. These can be simple digital pictures sent from your phone. We must be contacted with any of these issues within 5 days of receiving the item.
